2020 is a year of celebration for The Red Team. In the past decade, we have helped our clients capture more than $42B in new contract awards, averaging 26 proposal projects per year for our clients. If that sounds like a hectic pace - it is!

The Red Team difference is our willingness to work with just about any fast-moving company to help them achieve their specific goals, working within constraints of time, budget, or available expertise. Some clients want full-spectrum proposal management including end-to-end process oversight, strategy development, tech writing, illustration and design, pricing, editing, publishing, and compliance control. Other clients may simply want support on a few technical reviews, or a Capture Lead to oversee the solution design and integration with their in-house proposal team. Whatever the need, our focus is always to provide the right level of support tailored to the unique needs of each client. In the past 10 years, this formula has taken us to 19 U.S. states and 5 countries to help drive growth for our clients.

As we look ahead, The Red Team is poised for another dynamic decade. Our company continues to grow by building upon our pillars of audience, process, and client focus. With a growing cadre of proven business development, proposal, pricing and communications professionals on our team, we are expanding our services and reach.
